Shipping & Delivery
We lovingly pack every order to make sure your jars arrive safely and ready to enjoy.
Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery nationwide across South Africa. There are currently no areas we exclude from our standard delivery service.
Delivery Fee
-R150 flat-rate delivery per order
-FREE delivery on orders over R1,500
-There is no minimum order value for delivery.
-Wholesale pricing is also available for businesses and resellers. Please get in touch with us for more information.
How will my order be delivered?
Depending on your location and the most suitable option, orders are sent via Intertown Transport or The Courier Guy.
Orders are generally dispatched within 7 days of placing your order.
Once your parcel has been shipped, a tracking link will be included in your order confirmation email, allowing you to follow its journey to your door.
How do you package the products?
We take extra care when packing your order. Each jar is individually bubble-wrapped before being placed in a sturdy box. The boxes are lined with egg cartons, which provide excellent shock absorption, and parcels are clearly marked with FRAGILE stickers.
Because our products are lovingly bottled in glass, we do everything we can to ensure they arrive safely.
Are there specific delivery days or order cut-off times?
There are no specific delivery days or cut-off times for standard orders.
From time to time, we may announce once-off delivery trips to specific towns or cities on our social media pages. These trips are not scheduled regularly, but when available, they may offer an alternative delivery option.
What if my order arrives damaged or something is incorrect?
We are committed to making sure you receive your order in good condition.
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and send us photographs of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging.
We will gladly assist you with a replacement where appropriate or take the matter up with the courier company on your behalf.
Do you offer collection or local delivery?
We occasionally offer free delivery when travelling to certain towns or cities. These trips are not on a fixed schedule and will be announced on our social media when available.
